Beautifully soft and light-weight, these alpaca blankets and throws are warmer than their wool equivalents. Easy to care for, they can be machine-washed on a delicate cycle with hair shampoo instead of detergent, with an optional tablespoon of white vinegar for the rinse to plump fibre. Do NOT use wool wash.
Approximately 60% alpaca on a 40% cotton base for strength. These blankets and throws are unique in that they are all finished with a crochet edge all around.
Large size blankets fit a single or double bed length-wise, or if used across the width of the bed starting under the pillows, even a queen or king bed.
